About Julian

Julian was born in Colombia, South America to James and Liliam Guzman.  His grandmother migrated to the U.S. in the early 70s, and years later were joined by his parents.  In 1999 the Guzman family moved to Gastonia NC in search of a better future. 

Julian's family has been involved in the Coffee industry, like many other Colombian families, in one way or another for the past 4 generations. From farming and processing, to agricultural engineering and cafe managing, coffee has always been a part of his life.
